Working at principal company is different. I don’t say its hard, because sometimes the problem is caused by something that really easy. I know that some of you have a lot of technical skill and then a lot of experience of trouble shooting.  You might have good knowledge of networking and switching. And can you answer every single question from ‘costumer’ which i can say a costumer that makes everything  to be questioned.

Dear Principal, can you describe this log means. Regards Costumer.

The costumer send an email to us, with a log inside attachment . The log has abnormal alarm. And guest what? we didnt know the alarm means. We opened a lot of supporting document. We captured and compared it. We traced the time logs, and saw every single command that is inserted by our team. And we hoped that we didnt open the case ticket.

After we found some answer, then we replied the email. And hope this answer can satisfy our customer.

This just some example. We must prepare everything. Skill is a must, be ready to face un-technical stuff.. its important to.
